During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to the metro station and various attractions in the area. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay more fun. the smart room technology was a great feature, allowing me to control the lights, TV, and curtains with just a few taps on the iPad.

it was disappointing that breakfast was not included, as it would have been convenient to have that option.

Fancy hotel, the stay was really nice, incredible location to metro. Great service, although a few employees were very rude. We have booked cosy queen room with the iPad and special requirements, as for instance for 2 nights.

Welcoming stuff, incredible breakfast, had an excellent stay overall in a sustainably designed hotel with high end facilites.

Our stay at Qo was absolutely amazing! My partner and I stayed for a few nights and we couldn't have been happier. The room was incredibly comfortable with a modern and stylish decor. The bed was so cozy, and the big shower was a luxurious touch. The hotel's location right in front of the metro station was perfect - it only took us 10 minutes and 4 stops to reach the old town. The staff at Qo went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to check in early and providing everything we needed. The wifi was also great, which made it convenient for us to stay connected during our stay. one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!

This hotel has a fantastic location with easy access to the metro lines and the train station. It's also near a WeWork cafe, perfect for remote workers. The rooms are spacious and modern, complete with a stylish bathroom and state-of-the-art technology. The friendly and professional staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast is top-notch. The hotel offers great facilities including bicycle rental, a sky bar with amazing views and a restaurant with a cool beekeeping experience.

Sadly, the hotel can sometimes be understaffed which can lead to slight delays and impersonal service.

The rooms at Ruby Emma were incredibly cozy and inviting. The decor with off-whites, natural wood, and deep blue hues made us feel right at home. The large beds with ginormous pillows were so comfortable, and the picture windows offered a lovely view.

Personally, I found the small desk a bit cramped. But I understand that others might find it useful.

Loved the high-tech room controls, but was disappointed the AC couldn't be switched off. The house-keeping wasn't up to par and left a glass cleaning bottle in the room. I'd recommend Qo for its beautiful, convenient location and friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Amsterdam, just a short walk to the vibrant ArenA stadium, incredible Ziggo Dome, and bustling RAI center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel's trendy ambiance and excellent restaurant made our stay truly memorable.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding more family-friendly activities for kids.

The Juniper & Kin cocktail bar on the 21st floor was a delightful surprise. The lounge-like atmosphere and great house cocktails made me feel like I was sipping on creativity and elegance. It truly brought together all the inspiring elements of the hotel, just like the cherry on top of a perfect cocktail.

QO Amsterdam has a trendy Dutch Cuisine eatery, a rooftop cocktail bar with stunning views, a circular design, and a focus on natural light. Plus, they make bikes out of old ones! So eco-friendly, darling.

I absolutely adore everything about the hotel, except for the fact that they didn't have unicorns roaming around. How disappointing.
